Welcome to my website! I am an avid film and television buff holding lofty designations like Regal Cinemas Diamond Status, Alamo Drafthouse Top Brass, and a Redbox Legend. Before the Coronavirus Pandemic, I loved to travel domestically specifically trying my best to complete my bucket list of visiting every MLB and NFL stadium in the United States. Obviously that’s been put on hold for now, and I’m not really sure that I will be continuing anytime soon.
Outside of my full-time job in manufacturing, I do part-time instructional assistance in Data Science and Data Visualization/Analytics Fundamentals for General Assembly with their various Enterprise clients that include consulting, software, and insurance companies. I’ve helped tutor and mentor over 300 adult learners looking to upskill their skillset with Python, SQL, Tableau, and Machine Learning over the last 2+ years.

I’m also very interested (have been for three years now) in pivoting to a more data analytic role as a Data Analyst or Junior Data Scientist. Personally I think I missed the boat on either of those jobs (I still think about the data scientist for a large financial firm, and later a small start-up here in Austin, who told a group of aspiring data scientists how easy it was to get a data scientist job in 2015), but maybe there is hope yet!
