As a follow-up to yesterday’s post, I wanted to update and compare the DCI Finals Scores with my predictions:
As you can see, Santa Clara Vanguard did not reach a score of 99 after all. Also, the Mandarins didn’t over take the Blue Knights as I had hoped they would. Incidentally, I didn’t know it until yesterday, but this was the first year that the Mandarins have reached the Finals…ever in their existence! Good work to their team and everybody involved with their production this year. They definitely made an impression having topped a corps like Phantom Regiment!
So that’s it! One more year done for Drum Corps International. Now we wait patiently until next summer, and you can bet I’ll be running predictions again this time next year.
